These Terms govern your use of the SolutionsDrawer sovereign Android Web Store, Drawer Protect verification engine, and associated developer tools.

You retain 100% copyright, equity, and IP over your code and apps.

Zero listing fees, zero commissions, and zero pay-to-win ranking algorithms.

ZERO-MALWARE ENFORCEMENT

Strict client-side auditing; violating packages are blacklisted immediately.

1. 100% DEVELOPER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY GUARANTEE

We stand firmly with builders and sovereign creators. You retain 100% of the copyright, trademark, patent rights, equity, and code for any APK or application listed on SolutionsDrawer. SolutionsDrawer claims zero ownership or licensing beyond the non-exclusive right to index and display your tool in the public store catalog upon your submission.

2. SOVEREIGN HANDLE ALLOCATION (@name.drawer)

Developer handles are allocated on a verified, first-come, first-served basis:

Your handle (@handle.drawer) acts as your persistent sovereign developer identity across the ecosystem.
Malicious cybersquatting, deceptive brand impersonation, and unauthorized registration of trademarked corporate entities are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate revocation.

3. CODE STANDARDS & ZERO-MALWARE POLICY

To protect users downloading software, all submitted APK binaries and PWAs must adhere to strict safety standards:

No malware, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or covert keyloggers.
No unauthorized background SMS reading, contact scrapers, or surveillance payloads.
No hidden cryptocurrency mining routines executing on client devices.
Packages violating these standards will be immediately removed and permanently blacklisted.

4. ₹0 FREE DISCOVERY COMMITMENT

Right now, SolutionsDrawer is completely free to use for both developers and consumers. There are no mandatory enrollment fees, subscription gates, or pay-to-win listing algorithms. You keep 100% of any direct sales or donations your software generates.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SolutionsDrawer is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While Drawer Protect provides automated security analysis tools, users download and execute third-party software at their own risk. In no event shall SolutionsDrawer or Subhajit Das be held liable for any damages resulting from third-party binary failures, network downtime, or data loss.
